Realty Collective is a woman-owned real estate solution service, dedicated to demystifying New York City real estate and uplifting our neighborhoods. For over a decade, we’ve prioritized empathy and advocacy over back-door deals and irresponsible development – and doing what we can to give as much back to our communities as we get.
When working with our clients, we provide advice, guidance, and transparency on all sides of the real estate transaction. Whether you’re a landlord looking for a long-time tenant, or buying your very first home for your family, we take a hands-on & compassionate approach, providing a library of educational tools open to all. We believe in building meaningful relationships between clients and their communities and sharing all the resources we have (and use!) ourselves.
We put our ethos in action in a myriad of ways, like providing our free Buying and Selling in Brooklyn workshops or supporting local non-profits like Cora Dance and RHAP; uplifting local artists in our Compére Collective gallery space, or contributing to the local arts ourselves; or even giving Brooklyn woman-owned businesses a free space to promote their work on our blog.
All our agents live in the communities they serve, so they have the scoop on all things local. And, outside of their real estate work, they have their own passions and areas of expertise, but we all live by the same mission: to work – and live – with integrity, honesty, and mindfulness.
Which is why we have proudly supported The 24 Hour Plays for 16 years and counting. We are happy to support an organization that fosters encouragement, creativity, and most of all, the feeling of home.
