Celebrating and Supporting Immigrant Families Together
Immigrant Families Together (IFT) is an organization formed by volunteers in June 2018 in reaction to the zero tolerance policy that separates families at the US/Mexico border. IFT has posted bonds ranged from $1,500 to $40,000 for 107 asylum-seekers and reunited them with their families, provided ongoing support for families to live a stable life and worked with government and local organizations to expedite the process for adults to achieve full custody of their children as they await trial.
