
THE 24 HOUR PLAYS: PHILADELPHIA
On Monday December 12 2022, The 24 Hour Plays partnered with the Dramatists Guild and InterAct Theatre Company to bring our flagship show to Philadelphia for the first time! An unforgettable evening of new work at The Drake – all created in just 24 hours!
The show featured artists from across Philadelphia’s vibrant performing arts community. In collaboration with the producers of The 24 Hour Plays on Broadway, this event shined a spotlight on Philly’s thriving theatre scene for a one-night-only event of six world-premiere short plays, directed and performed by the best of the city’s actors and directors.
Actors included Boris Danberry, Carlos Campbell, David Bazemore, Jessica DalCanton, Kim Fairbanks, Peter Bisgaier, Sabrina Profitt and Vanessa Sterling; writers included Ang Bey, L Feldman, Michael Hollinger and Nimisha Ladva; directors included Matt Pfeiffer and Tyler Dobrowsky; assistant directors included Becca Smith, Maggie Brennan and Robin Ritter.
